WELCOME TO THE ABBINGTON GATORS SWIM TEAM
2012 SEASON!
For those that swam for the Gators in the past, get ready for another great season as defending champions!
If you are new to the neighborhood or have little swimmers coming of age, please join the fun. The swim team is a great way to meet new friends and have a lot of fun as a community. If you can swim the width of the pool, you can join our team!!
Ages 5-18
Season runs from May 20th through June 25th
Practices begin on May 20th and will be after school Monday through Friday until June 8th. Practices will then be weekday mornings for the remainder of the season. Meets begin on June 7th and are every Monday and Thursday with Championships on June 24th and June 25th.
NEW FOR 2012 – Registration this year will be handled online and will open on April 16th. Please visit http://gators.abbingtonhoa.com/ to register your family. Instructions will be on the site. After registering, you can make your checks payable to Brian Borders. Checks can be dropped off at the April 22nd meeting or to David Soliday (3916 Balmoral Ave) anytime before the meeting.
Registration Fee: 1st Swimmer: $70, 2nd Swimmer: $65, 3rd Swimmer: $55, 4th Swimmer: $0

Team information and swim suit meeting:
April 22nd from 3:00-5:00 (drop-in)
If you are a returning swimmer and do not need suits, you must still drop by and sign-up for volunteer positions or you will be assigned to them. The meeting is mandatory for any family whose swimmers need to be fitted and purchase the team swim suit. We will also be available to answer any questions you might have about the team. If you cannot make the meeting but still want to join the team, please send an email!
